Anon @ 3:25 - Correct. This is in no way fatal, however, it's not how you want to start off the prosecution of a high-profile case.
Anon @ 3:29 - Also correct, although I have to admit I didn't catch it. Good eye. Same thing as 3:25; not fatal, but not desirable.
